Apache 2.4 rebuild with SRPMs--but where is mod_shib? Did I miss an option?

Something I didn't notice is that you didn't include --enable-apache24 in
your options. That should be there and would have failed the build.

I'm not familiar with anything related to that, but if it doesn't build,
that usually means the Apache tree itself is broken in some way. It's
totally broken on Solaris, for example.
