Apache 2.4 rebuild with SRPMs--but where is mod_shib? Did I miss an option?

Although I've had success with Apache 2.2 on RedHat and Apache 2.4.10 on Ubuntu, I ran into some problems with it using Apache 2.4 on CentOS 6.5. To try to resolve those, I downloaded the SRPMs and their dependencies and was able to (I believe) create a nice working shibboleth SP installation. The output of `which shibd` and `shibd -v` looks OK so far, but I've noticed I can't find any mod_shib_24.so or anything like that to load into Apache. I'm wondering if I missed an option or other key concept when building from the SRPMs.

Command I was toying with to build shibboleth:
rpmbuild --rebuild --without builtinapache -D 'shib_options --with-apxs24=/opt/rh/httpd24/root/usr/bin/apxs --with-apr1=/opt/rh/httpd24/root/usr/bin/apr-1-config --with-apache24 --with-openssl=/usr/local/openssl' shibboleth-2.5.3-1.1.src.rpm
