I know Duke has had one for a while, I don't think they've managed to get
it made available unfortunately.

At least a couple of cases in the states, people are using InCommon's
platform to do it.

I'm too lazy to have bothered with anything, but when it's been
advantageous, I've just punted to customers to provide me signed feeds if
they're managing a large number of SPs.

I also have moved to supporting signed requests, so gradually will get out
of the business of tracking endpoints, I'd rather manage keys.
