metadata management tools

I last asked this back in 2011.  We've got a local campus federation, and
we currently manage the metadata manually.   We are looking for a way to
allow people to self register their SP metadata.

UW has a tool (spreg).  There used to be a link to it on Jim Fox's
shibboleth extensions page (https://staff.washington.edu/fox/shibboleth/).
I imagine he'd grant access if contacted.

The Australian federation has a tool -

What tools are people using to manage their local federation metadata?
