Question on Cache pages

To all,

I am troubleshooting a very strange intermittent error and noticed the following from httpFox tool using Firefox

00:00:25.033      0.164     928        0             GET        302        Redirect (cached)             https://vushib-idp.vanderbilt.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?SAMLRequest=<OMITTED>&RelayState=https%3A%2F%2Fget.cbord.com%2Fvanderbilt%2Ffull%2Flogin.php


I also noticed nothing in the response header field as well... It looks to me that it is using a cached page.  I checked my web.xml and it looks like the filter is in place....

Any thoughts?
