langaware option

Hello all,

I was looking at the langAware option at the native sp resolver
<https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPAttributeDecoder#NativeSPAttributeDecoder-CommonAttributes>,
but I have the feeling that I'm missing something. As far as I can tell,
this option tells the SP to mind the xml:lang attribute in each value
inside the assertion that was received from the IdP.

Anybody know what I am supposed to do on the IdP side e.g. to explicitly
state that a certain value is of a specific language?
