They use different metadata (in fact different entityIDs) in each case. 
That creates issues, but it doesn't prevent interop because the metadata 
doesn't overlap.

I don't see why, the cert they used is in the UK metadata and you 
obviously have that because they used the entityID they used there.

So my guess is you have a duplicate piece of metadata from somewhere else 
with that name in it.
