Config of Shibboleth - Debug Question

Just got into shibboleth2.xml and looked over the file.

All 4 lines are in the area of the file for my cert information.

So that's your answer, fix the errors in the file. The config not loading causes the DLL to fail the init step, and that's what's causing the message.
