Latest stable release of database-backed storage service?

Paul,

I see that the DB-backed storage service has moved to BitBucket from Google Code. Unfortunately, I can't find the binary distributions on that new site. Two questions: Is 1.2.1 the latest stable release that's production worthy? And do you have binary distributions available, or do I just need to compile my own?
