Xerces bypass fix startup error

So the advisory says...

"Deployers running IdP V2.4.0 or greater should unendorse the Xerces/Xalan
libraries from your container...
....
...IdP V2.4.3 is also available and no longer includes the unneeded jars,
does not install a lib/endorsed directory, and includes an internal.xml
file modified as above."

I originally removed xerces and xalan from the endorsed directory, but left
the rest.. and I got the error
about org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl not being found.

Based on the second sentence re: 2.4.3 not including an endorsed directory
at all, I removed the endorsed directory completely, and the IdP started up
just fine and is answering requests (seemingly correctly).

Should the advisory be changed to say "Deployers running IdP V2.4.0 or
greater should removed the endorsed directory..." ?
