Xerces bypass fix startup error

I should have responded yesterday but didn't have time, it looks like
xml-apis-2.10.0.jar was trying to refer to some of the jars that were
removed. I would up getting a stable start but not using any endorsed
libraries, basically removing everything out of endorsed.
