Xerces bypass fix startup error

I'm getting that error as well, and I cannot find additional copies of
xerces or xalan in my classpath.  (The only ones I found were in
"endorsed".  I've checked the lib directories used by my tomcat and java
installations as well.

Is the jar that provides org.apache.xerces included with tomcat and / or
the Oracle JDK/JRE?
