The memory leak warnings aren't meaningful. Redeploying anything in Tomcat 
is expressly unsafe regardless, it's not reliable enough for that.

I think the quick installer will not overwrite any IdP config if it's 
reinstalled and you can and should back up the tree anyway so it shouldn't 
matter.
