Help with error message on SP (IIS 8/SP version 2.5.3)

Hi All,

I'm having some trouble diagnosing the following error using IIS8 and SP version 2.5.3.  Does anyone have any suggestions on troubleshooting and/or solution?

Here are the details about the error message:
