FTP server enabled as SP

Even if you haven’t implemented generic R&S support, integration is fairly straightforward;
their metadata is in InC, and you just need to release ePPN and mail attributes as I recall.

There is one gotcha: the mail attribute released must not be multiple valued.  My integration failed
with some users until I defined a new single-valued attribute with an email address and
release that to Filesender and others that cannot handle multi-valued mail attribute.
