Get Shibboleth environment variables with Python

James, we are heavy Python users at University of Málaga and, despite
supporting native Python SAML2 implementation made by my good friend Roland
Hedberg (@Umea University), we are using Shibboleth a lot with Apache and
Django.

As the Python nitiy gritty seems a bit off topic for Shib-users list, you
can contact me off list and I can give you some hand holding till we get
the beast tamed and send a summary to this list.
