Is testshib.org working?

Notwithstanding Kevin's heroic efforts to keep this working, let me emphasize as I do periodically that if testshib being down causes a serious problem for anybody, that body is seriously misusing testshib.

If you've been running an IdP or SP longer than about two weeks, you shouldn't be using testshib. If you want to run either, you need to understand the rudiments of both, and you certainly need to run your own for testing your own infrastructure.
