Is testshib.org working?

Hi,
we used http://www.testshib.org/ to test our IDPs and everything was fine.
Since May 1st it does not work anymore. When we upload our metadata and we
try to access our IDP, we get error:

Unable to locate metadata for identity provider (
https://case.shibboleth.cz/idp/shibboleth)

Does anybody experience similar problem? Is testshib broken?
