aacli error returned

Oh you’re good!  That IdP is 2.3.8 alright, and http://shibboleth.net/pipermail/commits/2012-November/003885.html addresses:
> aacli.sh produces a large stack trace on a default install of 2.3.8 due to the servlet-api.jar not being found in the normal location

[looking in the installed file system, servlet-api.jar is in the tomcat/lib directory rather than shibboleth-idp/lib]
