As of 2.4, you can install templates to add head or body content and they
will be pulled in for all the bindings uniformly. Otherwise you can override
each binding explicitly, which I've done all along.

The templates are overridden or set in
src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/templates

add-html-body-content.vm
add-html-head-content.vm
