shibd.exe crash

Yeah I did not expect you to debug this old version heh.  Was just wondering if that log data meant anything more than basically "shibd crashed".

No, but there's really nothing to be done, 2.3 is long supplanted, so I
wouldn't investigate regardless. I just can't do that.
