shibd.exe crash

I have been running Shibboleth 2.3.1 on IIS continuously since 2009 with nary a hiccup.  Today, in the middle of the day, shibd crashed.  It's never done that before - a quick stert of the service and everything was back and happy.  This was what was in my IIS logs for the crash:

From that I can determine nothing about why the service failed.  Does any of that data mean anything to anyone?  If not, is there somewhere else I should look for more info?
