Is anyone able to get your IdP working with SciQuest?

Hello shibboleth experts.

We are trying to get SciQuest  SAML 2 to work with our IdP 2.4.0. Everything looks OK except the target URL was lost when the SP-initiated session try to reach IdP. Once it reaches IdP, users will be required to authenticated. After that,
it should redirect back to the target that comes from SciQuest. Instead, we got a login error page.

If we manually pasted the target URL after the user logged in, everything works.

Any idea what does this mean?  If you have a chance to get things working with SciQuest and are willing to share your experience, that will be wonderful. Thank you for any ideas and help that you could provide.
