how to release uid as nameid

[Qian, Yi]

1. changed entity to unspecified per Scott's advise
2. suppressed transient id release per Kevin's advise

now I see <saml2:NameID>yqian</saml2:NameID> in assertion, I will let the
vendor know that no such value as
<md:NameIDFormat>urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:entity</md:NameI
DFormat>
