Redirect to page after authentication

So, I have IDP initiated authentication working, so far as I can tell, but when the user comes back to my server, they are hitting the root site.  http://test.mysite.com:8080.  I would like them to redirect to http://test.mysite.com:8080/home/test.

When I manually move to my test page, I do see the headers with my sso data and a cookie with the shibboleth session.

I added a target to the SSO declaration, but that did not work.  How do I redirect the user to my specific page?
