cable provider IdPs?

The people working on our local SocialID issue brought up the idea of being
able to log in with their ISP's credentials.

Based on trying to enable some additional content on my AppleTV, I suspect
that there are a number of large Cable TV related ISPs that are using SAML
(for service provisioning?).

I have headers from being routed through an IdP at Comcast.

Has anyone here tried work to  with Comcast, AT&T, etc to allow SAML login
from these ISPs to SPs at your home institutions?
