Central discovery service filter by role?

Well, the Shibboleth SP allows you to filter your SAML metadata (or
just the part of it that's exposed to the EDS, IIRC) based on
EntityAttributes (via the eponymous EntityMatcher plugin).

The EDS itself is on the recieving end of all of this this and does
not do any such advanced filtering.
