IdP Metadata Cache

So I removed the FOOSP EntityDescriptor from the federation.xml file and made sure the correct information was in the foo.xml file. Waited 20 minutes. No go. Rebooted the IdP.
Works.
Wth?
Well, it works. I probably need to rebuild the whole dang thing but have no time atm.

Well, it's not supported, but it doesn't have any major refresh bugs or issues. Your problem is duplicates.
