Handler "Shibboleth" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list

It seems to have worked for me when I added the modules attribute to the
command:

appcmd set config /section:handlers
/+[name='Shibboleth',path='*.sso',verb='*',scriptProcessor='C:\opt\shibboleth-sp\lib64\shibboleth\isapi_shib.dll',*modules='IsapiModule'*]

I updated the Wiki.
