FWIW, I've never heard of that, so this is either an issue with Server
2012 nobody has reported yet, which I've done essentially no testing with,
or it's something very specific to your set up.

You can certainly file a bug, but it will be months or more before I'll
have time to dig into validating things on 2012. But I have no specific
insight here, we're into deeper .NET territory than I have testing
experience with.
