Error occured attempting authentication

Peter, super helpful, I really appreciate it. I'm good with the "teach to
fish" part, and I had already found the "common error" page that you
suggested. Previously, I had been reading and searching for a week before
coming to the forum, but wasn't hitting the right stuff I guess, plus not
being fully knowledgeable in this area yet was a hindrance as well.
Hopefully, I'll be able to proceed successfully from here. Thanks again!
