I think the SP already has some code to detect that configuratiion
mistake (protecting the handlerURL itself) but if that fails you'll
just have to fix that error, as I said previously: You'll need to
allow unauthenticated access to the handlerURL otherwise you'dl never
be able to submit a SAML assertion there and hence never be able to
establish a session.
