Maintained Plugin for Shibbolized JIRA

Nobody likes a codebase that is not maintained and everyone's encountered more than one of them.  Personally, given the widespread use of JIRA and the antecedent of the Confluence HTTP Authenticator, I don't think this one would lay fallow forever in any case.

Either way, I'd gladly take up both you and Scott on the offer even if you couldn't maintain it.

You could put a (maybe temporary) caveat in the README and project page if you really wanted, but I think this is understood by now.
