You can probably remove this since it should be included at the top of the doc.

I think its telling you to put the entire AttributeEncoder in one xml statement ending in “/>”

I’ve seen that error before but it just took some fiddling to get the AttributeDefinition to work right.  Its just some 
bit of syntax or a stray cut n paste error - from my experience.
