Attribute Release for NBCLearn

[Dan Malone]

I just got an urgent request to get NBCLearn integrated with our IDP.
I am waiting for the actual documentation, but was looking for someone who has successfully integrated and is willing to share the NBCLearn section of their attribute-filter.xml and if any other tweaks were necessary.
