Current dreamspark program ...

Hi,

I've gotten a question from the campus about access to the Microsoft dreamspark program. My last exposure to this program was years ago; back then, students used Shibboleth to access the service, and there were no charges. Apparently much of that has changed. Today, there are licensing charges.

My question -- is it still possible to use Shib to access dreamspark ? The current web site doesn't mention it, but I'm hoping I just missed that info ...

Thanks for any info you can share about current methods for accessing dreamspark.
