IdP Authenticating to two independent LDAPs with 2 different attribute resolvers

I will give you an additional detailed example of our requirements.

We are one organization that basically functions as independent entities
(Side A and Side B) in many of our IT stacks. The Side A already has
Shibboleth IdP installed and functioning for their applications, but the
Side B was not brought into those discussions. Now that Side B is wanting to
utilize the IdP as well for some of their applications. The issue is we both
have independent LDAP (authentication and attribute) repositories.

Some of the SPs that Side A uses would need to use the current LDAP that is
configured for the IdP. However Side B SPs would also like to configure SPs
using the already installed/configured IdP. However, Side B of the company
would need to authenticate against the other LDAP and release attributes
from that LDAP.
