Turning off attribute query and artifact resolution endpoints

Hi, all,

I know there was a thread a while back that at least touched on this topic, but I couldn't find the info I thought was in that thread. So, a question and hopefully easy question.

Where's the best place to turn off the functionality of artifact resolution and attribute query endpoints in my IDP? I thin it's just to remove the corresponding handler blocks from handler.xml. Is that right?
