Shibboleth Idp 2.4.0 - Having issues changing Metadata

That means testshib isn't using what you think it is, or I guess that the
key is wrong. You can use its logs to trace what you sent it and verify
that the signature block(s) contain the certificate you think you're
using. I don't know how to really determine what metadata it's got for you.
