I don't know what issue you're attempting to fix, but the semantics of a
SAML logout are such that there are many cases where we simply cannot
perform a logout whether we "should" or not.

Regardless, while there are no plans to do another release of that code,
you can file an issue in Jira. It will not be noticed or remembered from a
mailing list post.
