shibboleth EDS hiddenIds

Hi,

Currently EDS only allows to hide specific IdPs,
but it would be nice to have an option which allows
to configure a positive list.

For one of our SP we have only a selected list of
IdPs from a larger federation which are allowed and
configured to use our service.

When using EDS i would have to manage a large list
of hiddenIdPs and always watch the federation metadata.
Surely it is possible to write a script, parse the metadata,
and update idpselect_config.js accordingly.

But it would be nice to have an option shownIdPs or allowedIdPs
which does the opposite if hiddenIdPs.
