Need help with the Shibboleth SP configuration

Thank you Scott. 

I have attached the Access Denied error page. I feel it is coming from the
isapi_shid.dll for 403 error code. 

How do I override this in  accessError.html page. I guess I have to use
<shibmlpif tagname> ... </shibmlpif> tags. 

Can you please let me know so that I can change the error message and add a
java script.
