Configuring IdP to Work With InCommon SAML1 SPs (OhioLink)

>From talking with the contact at OhioLink in charge of configuring clients to
SSO into there, there are like 4 SPs involved. All but one of them use
SAML2. If I remember correctly, the 1 application forces attribute query.
Not sure why, but that is what I was told.
