Send additional Atrributes in nameid format

That hints at your SP being broken and non-standard. A nameid value
(ignoring the qualifiers) is one piece of data, not a set of
attributes. That's what attribute statements are for in SAML.

Note that a "transient firstname" or "transient second name" makes no
sense at all. Not within English (AFAICT) and certainly not within SAML.
