I can't find one in quick search.  But I'd consider something like:

Mailing lists hosted by the Shibboleth consortium are open to all who are using or plan to use Shibboleth in some form.  Questions and answers are appreciated from the community.  However, list policy strictly forbids the use of the lists or the contact details of any posters taken from the lists or its archives for unrequested commercial solicitation.  Postings to a list involving remuneration for services, such as Shibboleth-related job openings or a request for funding for Shibboleth-related development work that would be contributed back to the Shibboleth community with compatible licensing are generally permissible, but please exercise judgment.
