Shibboleth sp and mod_wsgi on the same Apache-2.4 server

Thanks, Scott,

indeed (I verified by increasing the log granularity) the shibd wasn't  
involved here.

It turned out that an innocent looking configuration of mime_module  
was responsible for the error.
