ISAPI Filter/503 error - SP 2.5.3

[Senthil Ramiah]

All but one path ("/Reports/xyz.aspx") is throwing this error. If I rename
it to something else like "/test/xyz.aspx") it seems to work. Any time I
name the folder "Reports" it gives the 503 error. I have been able to
reproduce this by creating a brand new site and creating a folder called
Reports.

Any ideas?
