There are changes in the works for the InCommon Discovery Service. I
don't really have much detail to share at this point except:

1) A brand new discovery service will be deployed on ds.incommon.org
within the next 3--6 months.
2) The discovery service on wayf.incommonfederation.org will remain
where it is indefinitely, even after the new DS is deployed.
