Validation problem <md:EmailAddress/>

Thanks for your answer Scott. Is there a xsd or something that I can point
at or some rows in the specifications ? I tried to find something useful
but I didn't succeed.

The only thing that I found was
http://www.schemacentral.com/sc/ulex20/e-md_EmailAddress.html that says
that md:EmailAddress is of type xsd:anyURI and when I look at
http://www.schemacentral.com/sc/xsd/t-xsd_anyURI.html it says that "an
empty value is allowed".
