Refreshing metadata

Hi,

I specified the following in the service.xml to enable polling every 30 seconds of the relying-party configuration file:

   <srv:Service id="shibboleth.RelyingPartyConfigurationManager" xsi:type="relyingParty:SAMLMDRelyingPartyConfigurationManager"
                 depends-on="shibboleth.SAML1AttributeAuthority shibboleth.SAML2AttributeAuthority" configurationResourcePollingFrequency="PT30S">
        <srv:ConfigurationResource file="/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/relying-party.xml" xsi:type="resource:FilesystemResource"/>
    </srv:Service>

But I don't see any indication in the logs that polling is occurring.  Furthermore, after making a change to the relying-party.xml, I don't see anything in the logs reflecting that the change was picked up.  Am I doing something wrong?
